"We absolutely loved our experience here. The ambience is warm and inviting, and the staff is truly exceptional – attentive, friendly, and happy to explain everything in detail. The food was amazing from start to finish. A unique touch was being able to choose from a selection of knives for our steaks, which made the experience even more memorable. We highly recommend trying the beef tartare with truffles as well as Antonio’s signature beef tartare – both were outstanding. The wine selection is excellent, with plenty of variety, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that we would wholeheartedly recommend."

"Wow, just... Wow! We stumbled upon this place while staying in Cala Moli and nearly went past. I am SO glad we did not. A truly memorable night with impeccable service and even better food. The selection of meats, wines and Italian cuisine on offer allows for a decadent experience, without being immediately prohibitive in price. Indeed, you could really go to town here if you wanted, and some of the items on sale are definitely top notch, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quite reasonable bill at the end of the night. We had almost expected it to be double, after paying more and being quite disappointed elsewhere on the island (quite close by - I name no names!). I find it amazing that anyone could have given a review quoting bad service here, as it was some of the best I have experienced (especially after working in fine dining myself many years back). We were made to feel quite special indeed, despite other parties clearly spending a lot more on their experience. Very attentive. Classy. Perfect wine pour and opening. A choice of different steels from around the world to enjoy your steak with really set the tone that this place was SPECIAL. They care about what they're doing here. I went for Japanese steel. The food did not disappoint and my rib eye was cooked to perfection. I did not need the heated skillet they bring to rest by the table. It's melt in your mouth stuff, and I can only imagine how some of the cuts toward the bottom of the menu must taste. The sides were simple, but exceptional. There has been no expense spared, here. I am gushing a little, but this was one of the stand out experiences of my first ever trip to the island, and my partner, who has been more than a dozen times, shared a similar sense of such a wondrous, enchanting evening. We will be back on our next trip, there is no doubt about that. All in all, just... Well done and thank you for caring so much about providing such an authentic experience. "What a surprising restaurant! We happened to pass by. Delicious food, highly recommended. They have fantastic meat, and even the shushi is superb. We also bought two bottles of oil there, which are worth a try. Tip! The ambiance could use more attention. It looks cozy when you drive by, but it's too light inside."

"Been here yesterday. Absolutely perfect. We came already on April, the first day they opened the season and we came back. The place is very nice and intimate. You have selection of meat, you can choose how aged or what type you wan’t. This place is heaven for meat lovers. The wine selection is spectacular. The food is amazing, fresh, all the sauces are homemade same like the sides and the absolute highlight is the SERVICE. We had a brunette lady from Bergamo taking care of us, but already the lady on the phone and following all staff were just so professional and friendly in the same time. We felt so nice and welcome. Thank you for people who still do this job with passion. Amazing experience. Filleteria is definitely our fav meat place in Ibiza."
